Leah Ginsky, Sparkle Song Studio owner and teacher

Sparkle Song Studio began in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic. The importance of living in the now and leading an inspiring life was made clear to Leah Ginsky when she left her job as a Manhattan barista to do what she always loved and had eventually intended to do. No better time to start a business than during an economic collapse, right?

Sparkle Song Studio was born in the summer of 2020 with the goal of inspiring young members of her community to express themselves through song, and to teach them the proper technique and performance skills that would carry them through their lifetime.

Lessons are classical based training. Leah wants to help you or your student develop the technique to sing without the damage or discomfort that is common in musical theater or pop singing.

The classical technique is the basis for all proper singing and with a strong classical foundation, you or your student will be able to navigate all genres. Practically, this means we will work on posture, pronunciation, breathing, expression, and performance.

Leah also focuses on the performance aspect of singing. Students of all ages will benefit from music theory and history, expression, and performance etiquette.
